• We reserve the right to modify these rules and regulations without notice.

• Your comfort and safety is our priority during any service we provide. If at any time you feel uncomfortable, please tell the therapist or esthetician that you would like to end the service immediately. Likewise, if the therapist or esthetician feels uncomfortable, they reserve the right to stop the service as well. We value our customers and want to provide them with a safe and relaxing service.

Spa Etiquette

• To ensure that all clients have a pleasing experience, please keep noise to a minimum and tum off or silence your cellular devices when entering the spa.

• Clients are prohibited from conducting their own business activities within our spa. There will be no soliciting of other clients or staff while on spa premises.

• We reserve the right to remove any client from our premises and/or revoke the membership of any member who fails to follow these rules and regulations or for any reasons of nuisance, disturbance, or fraud. Refunds will not be provided in any of these instances.

Health and Safety

• Clients should inform their therapists and possibly refrain from receiving services if they have been told to by a medical professional, or if they have any open cuts, abrasions, sores, infections or if they have any condition that poses a threat to their health/safety or the health/safety of others.

• It is the client's responsibility to consult with their medical professional to determine if they have any of the above conditions or any other medical condition and whether their condition poses a threat to anyone's health/safety.

• We reserve the right to deny entry or services to any client over concerns for health/safety risks.

• Clients with certain health conditions such as high blood pressure, heart conditions, who are currently pregnant or have any other medical conditions that may be relevant must inform the front desk when you arrive. This will help to ensure your safety while you receive the correct treatment.

Minors Receiving Services

• We do not provide any of our services to children under the age of 5 years old.

• For children between the ages of 5 and 16, we require them to come with a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian must be in the same service room with the child throughout their service. The parent must fill out their child's massage intake form and provide their signature at the bottom of the form.

• Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the cost of the scheduled service.

• When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. Additionally, many times our staff will be functioning in an "on call" status and can have traveled to the spa specifically for your service. For these reasons we are obligated to compensate our staff for their time as well as make up for the lost revenue. Thank you for your understanding!
