Abhyange Warm Oil Massage: nourishes skin and body, eliminates impurities, increases circulation, calms nerves, stimulates internal organs of body, increases stamina.
Herbal Steam Treatment: boosts circulation, hydrates/oxygenates skin (detox), unclogs pores, promotes a healthy glow, calms nerves, clears congestion, heals broken skin tissue, sooth muscle soreness, promotes weight loss.
Shirodhara: a form of treatment in which warm, herbalized Ayurvedic oil is poured onto your forehead. This is known to reduce stress/anxiety and awaken intuition, while rejuvenating the mind and body.
Head Massage: the Gokuraku Package ends with a head/scalp massage. This helps condition the skin, enhance blood circulation, and promotes healthy hair growth while strengthening the existing hair roots.
